- Hardware refreshes. Replacing aging workstations or a server on a schedule, with data moved and the old equipment wiped and recycled properly.
- Server migrations and retirements. Moving what's on the old server to Microsoft 365, a new server or a cloud service, then decommissioning it.

Managed IT plans include onsite visits for things that can't be fixed remotely. Anything scheduled in advance, such as a new-hire setup or a printer replacement, gets planned around your day rather than dropped in the middle of it.

How far in advance should we involve IT in an office move?
As early as the lease is signed. Internet service can take four to six weeks to install in some East Tennessee buildings, and cabling has to go in before the walls are closed. The two most expensive words in an office move are "we forgot."
Do you work with our general contractor?
Yes. We coordinate directly with your GC and electrician on closet location, conduit, power and drop locations, and stays out of their way otherwise.
What happens to our old computers?
Drives are wiped to a documented standard or physically destroyed, and the hardware is recycled or returned to you, whichever you prefer.
Do you take subcontracted work from other IT companies?
Yes, regularly. Scope, location and timing by email, a prompt quote back, and a professional presence with your client under your brand where required.
