How distance works
Most support happens remotely, so where you are matters less than it used to. For anything that needs hands on equipment, Workflow IT covers Knox, Blount, Anderson, Loudon and Sevier counties as normal onsite territory, which puts nearly everyone within about forty-five minutes of the office at 1600 Hutchinson Ave.
Structured cabling and other project work goes further: Roane, Jefferson, Union and Monroe counties, and occasionally beyond, depending on the size of the job. If you're outside the list and not sure, call. The answer is usually yes.
