Privacy

Short version: we collect what you send us through the contact form, plus basic security records. No advertising trackers.

What you send us

When you submit the contact form, the name, company, email address, phone number and message you provide are delivered to Workflow IT so we can reply. That information is used to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide service. It is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Security and spam-prevention records

When the form is submitted we also record the date and time, your IP address and your browser type, together with a copy of the message, in a private log on our hosting account. The log is used to stop abuse and to make sure no enquiry is lost if email delivery fails. It is not public, and entries are deleted after 90 days.

Other services this site uses

  • Google Fonts. Pages load the IBM Plex Sans typeface from Google. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated programs. Cloudflare receives technical details about your browser and your IP address when the form loads.
  • ConnectWise ScreenConnect. The Remote support page links to a session page hosted by ConnectWise ScreenConnect. If you open it, ConnectWise receives your IP address and browser details.

These services may use technical cookies or similar storage needed to work. Their own privacy policies apply to what they collect.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not currently run analytics. If basic analytics are added in the future, they will be configured to avoid collecting personal information and this page will be updated first.

Remote support sessions

Remote sessions are provided through ConnectWise ScreenConnect and are started only with a code you receive from Workflow IT during a conversation you initiated. Sessions end when you close the window.
