Accessibility
If something on this site does not work for you, tell us and we will fix it or help you another way.
Our goal
Everyone should be able to use this site. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
What we have done
- Pages use headings, landmarks and a "Skip to content" link so screen reader and keyboard users can move around quickly.
- Everything can be used with a keyboard, and the item you are on is outlined.
- Form fields have visible labels, required fields are marked, and error messages are announced.
- Images have text descriptions, text has strong contrast against its background, and pages work on a phone and when zoomed in.
- Nothing plays automatically or flashes.
- We checked the pages with an automated testing tool (axe-core) and by hand with a keyboard in October 2026.
Known limits
- The Remote support page links to a session page run by ConnectWise ScreenConnect, which opens in a new tab. We cannot change how that page works. If it is difficult to use, call us and we will help you another way.
- This statement does not claim that every page meets every guideline. We keep testing and fixing as we find problems.

Tell us about a problem
